Vox Cordis Chorus
Vox Cordis Chorus (VCC) was formed in 2012 by a group of Catholic Indonesians based in Singapore. The name, Vox Cordis (Voice of the Heart) was chosen to represent our spirit singing from the heart, confidently professing our faith and sharing our love with all our brothers and sisters-in-Christ. From its humble start, VCC has presently evolved into an international community of singers, growing and maturing at our base at the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour (OLPS).
VCC serves bi-monthly at OLPS at the Sunday mass (12.30pm). Aside from its liturgical ministry, VCC also regularly held charity projects, such as Christmas carolling at community hospitals as well as fundraising concerts. Among others, the choir has raised funds for both the Roslin Orphanage and a Duke-NUS Project Dove overseas medical mission in Indonesia.
Through our singing, we hope to bring the spirit of the Lord to the community in our unique way. Going forward. We strive to inspire others at OLPS and beyond to a life of service for the greater glory of the Lord.

This year, 2017, is the 100th Anniversary of the Apparitions of Our Lady of Fatima. VCC is presenting a Musical Prayer entitled “Fiat Voluntas Tua - Thy Will be Done” as a tribute to our Blessed Mother Mary’s earthly walk with her Son, Jesus. Through the event, we seek to invite the faithful to share and contemplate in Mother Mary’s journey of faith.
The event will be held at the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd on 7 Oct and at OLPS on 14 Oct 2017 at 8 pm. Tickets are at $20 each and all proceeds from this event will be donated to the Archdiocese’s GIFT campaign.
