Come journey together through a new and exciting DVD series: "Word on Fire - CATHOLICISM Series", by Bishop Robert Barron. During each session of our 4-part screening at OLPS, a selected episode from the original 10-episode DVD series will be screened, and this will take place quarterly over the yearAll working adults in your 20-40s especially are encouraged to join. However this event is also open to all other parishioners too.

This January, we will resume our screenings with PART 3 - THE CHURCH!  In addition, meet and mingle with fellow like-minded working adults! 

SYNOPSIS: EPISODE 6 - The Mystical Union of Christ and the Church 
What is the Church? Why do we believe in a Church that is one, holy, catholic and apostolic? Join us in the Catholicism video series as we uncover what it means to be a member of the body of the Christ – our Church.

PART 1 - "HAPPY ARE WE" - on 13 January 2017
In January 2017, the first screening featuring Episode 2 of the Catholicism DVD series was screened at OLPS. Participants kick-started the year with a focus on the Beatitudes, as well as a reflection on what it means to "turn the other cheek". 

PART 2 - "FAITH IN ACTION" - on 10 March 2017
Last March, we watched the 2nd of the 4-part series of DVD screening at OLPS. During this time of Lent, watch selected episodal snippets (from Episode 2 and 11), featuring the story of the Prodical Son, as well as a case study on admirable Saints and Social Mission pioneers, showing us how "to live our faith to the fullest"!
